Christopher Q. Pham has extensive experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including trademark, copyright, and patent infringement, breach of contract, tort and other civil matters. His trial experience includes State and Federal Courts throughout the United States. He has prosecuted intellectual property claims in Canada, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates.
In addition to lecturing on "Medical Products and the Law" at the Regulatory Science graduate program at University of Southern California School of Pharmacy, he has published many articles including the following publications:
Chris earned his Juris Doctorate in 1999 from Southwestern University School of Law, where he served as editor of The Southwestern Law Journal Of The Americas, was on the Board of Governors for the Honor Moot Court Program, and was a member of the Honors Trial Advocacy Board. He was then selected to serve as law clerk for the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals under Judge Stephen Reinhardt.
Chris is admitted to practice in California and before all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Marcus F. Chaney has robust experience litigating trademark infringement, false advertising, dilution, copyright infringement and design patent infringement cases for household name clients in federal court, and handles all aspects of pre- and post-lawsuit case work, including cease-and-desist demands and early settlement negotiation, pleadings, expert and fact discovery, motions, mediation, trial preparation, and trial.
In addition to his extensive experience litigating intellectual property claims in federal court, he also aids clients in the trademark prosecution process before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), oversees a broad portfolio of registered trademarks with responsibility for periodic maintenance filings by clients, and represents trademark owners in Opposition and Cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). His grasp of intellectual property and trademark matters has expanded his practice area to include bringing and defending Uniform Domain Name Dispute (UDRP) proceedings for clients seeking to cancel, transfer or retain registered Internet domain names.
Marcus received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 2006. At Southwestern, he was selected as an oral advocate and writer for the Moot Court Honors Program and argued in numerous competitions including the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition in New Orleans, Louisiana. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003.
He is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and is currently admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Hung Paul Q. Pham graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science and received his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009.
Paul has assisted companies in enforcing their copyright and trademark rights, and has extensive knowledge in investigating and implementing lawful and cost-effective means of finding infringing and/or counterfeit websites and other e-commerce sellers, as well as the procedural aspects involved in ceasing such activities. He has an established an understanding of the numerous entities involved in web-based marketing and e-commerce, and the pivotal role of each entity's responsibility and duty to enforce an intellectual property owner's rights. As a result, Paul is proficient in the investigative nature of finding infringing websites, the owners of these sites, and the sellers that utilize them. By implementing the skills he learned, Paul has effectively shut down hundreds of websites worldwide, and thousands of infringing and/or counterfeit e-commerce sellers.
